You DO NOT have to be an experienced weight lifter to join this program. I will custom tailor each work out to your skill set. Every work out (delivered thru my app) comes with detailed instructions (including a video) for each exercise!
Please note: This program DOES NOT REQUIRE A GYM MEMBERSHIP. You will tell me what equipment you have access to and then I will design your work out plan.
I personally hold all my clients accountable and make sure they are effectively performing their work outs. Additionally, clients will also be placed into an online group with other clients who have similar goals. You do not have to do this alone!

Who is this best for? Someone who is looking for custom work outs and tracking capability, but doesn't need a person actively communicating with them in order to make sure they stay on track.
