Let us tell you about the Health Retreat!
It is so easy to get wrapped up in the busyness of life and never prioritize your health. Here's an opportunity to "get away" from the real world for 2 days and learn about EXERCISE, NUTRITIONAL, and the EMOTIONAL MINDSET necessary to lose weight and feel healthier/happier! We are looking for 12 women (ages 30-65) who are interested in finally accomplishing their fitness goals! Here's some of the activities each attendee will experience:
- Personal Training Sessions
- Great opportunity to learn proper "form" and "techniques" from a certified personal trainer.
- Nutritional Education
- Attend a work shop led by a licensed dietitian breaking down each type of food as well as how our body responds to them.
- Cooking Classes
- Learn "hands on" by actually preparing and cooking your meals.
- Mindset Coaching
- Accomplishing your goals is near impossible if you don't have the "proper mindset" and determination to say "NO" to daily temptations or laziness. We will teach you how to take control of your decisions and find your motivation.
- Future Accountability
- This is about more than just 2 days! We want to continue our accountability relationship with you even once you leave the retreat. We do this thru online personal trainer and 1-on-1 nutritional coaching.
- FUN GROUP ACTIVITIES
- It's not often you find yourself in a relaxing environment with a 10-12 like minded individuals. This retreat will be full of games, pontoon rides, coffee in the morning, good conversation, and hopefully... new friends. Losing weight is easier with a group keeping you accountable.
LOCATION: All of these activities take place in an "up north cabin" on the lake! (Park Rapids, MN) More pictures of the retreat below.
Jordan Flom is a certified personal trainer who has trained hundreds of people all around the country. Multiple of his clients have lost over 100 lbs! He is known for heavily focusing on the emotional aspects which lead to long term success and happiness.
Liz Blom is a registered dietitian who teaches individuals to lose weight, offering up small and realistic changes so her clients can enjoy food without the guilt. She is a wife, mother and owner of www.veggiesandchocolate.com and believes for true success, you need to be able to eat what you love.

The Weight Loss Retreat is structured as an ALL INCLUSIVE 2 day retreat. Food, room and board, training sessions, nutritional evaluation, and mindset coaching are all included for no additional cost.

Value your privacy and want additional quite time? Enjoy a room all to yourself! Each private room is equipped with a Queen or King Mattress.
SHARED ROOMS
Don't mind sharing a room? Receive a $100 discount by staying in one of our shared rooms (2-6 per room). Don't worry, the beds are extremely comfortable and we are confident you will sleep like a baby after all the days festivities.
