Customized training for Greystone Residents!
If you are visiting this page, you are likely a Greystone Pointe resident. I want to start out by introducing myself. My name is Jordan Flom, and I am a personal trainer who cares about your physical and emotional state. It is for that reason that I have partnered with Greystone Pointe to help provide ! This services include exercise classes, gym orientations, and educational seminars intended to educate and motivate you.
Please know this… I am here to be a resource! If at any point you see me in the fitness center, feel free to ask me questions about exercises, machines, or general recommendations. I am a relational trainer who is excited to learn more about you and help you accomplish your goals.
Below you will see a list of classes as well as the corresponding dates and times. In order to maintain organization, I ask you to RSVP using one of the forms below before attending. FREE COFFEE upon arrival.
Learn how to use ALL equipment in the fitness center.
Watch demonstrations of proper form.
Free Q&A to help determine what machines, weights, and exercises are right for you.
HIIT Boot Camp (Next class: July 18th at 9 AM)
This is a 40 minute “High Intensity Class”
ALL AGES and fitness levels welcome!!
Attendees will not be pressured into performing exercises they are not comfortable with.

This 25 minute high intensity spin class
There will be three 30 minute windows. Please RSVP for 1 window.

Motivation, Goal Setting, and Nutrition Seminar (Next Meeting: August 1st at 8:30 AM)
Did you know your motivation (emotional state) is the most important factor in accomplishing your goals? Let’s talk about what goes in to building more confidence and gaining control of your body.
ALL AGES welcome!!

About the trainer:
Jordan Flom
Jordan Flom is a Certified Personal Trainer (American Counsel of Exercise) and Behavioral Change Specialist. He has helped multiple clients LOSE over 100 lbs while helping others gain more MUSCLE and improve CONFIDENCE. He is known for his upbeat attitude and encouragement during a work out. Jordan is a trainer who quickly becomes close friends with each of his clients. It is that type of relationship that leads to effective accountability and long term change in a person’s life.
