Are you truly being honest with yourself?

Let me ask you a question... would you rather accomplish your fitness goals or have that "hamburger and fries" you've been craving?  At first thought, most people will say they prioritize their health, but when it comes down to the daily decisions they make... they don't.  In summary, they truly do want the "burger" more than they want to be healthy.  I'm not even saying this is "wrong"... I'm saying that because it is important you recognize where your priorities lie.  That way when you don't lose any weight (or even gain weight), you know the reason.

That may sound like a harsh truth, but it is the reality.  I challenge you to do some self reflection and decide how much you truly want to become healthy.

This is why I LOVE what I do!

In order to understand why I love what I do for a living... you have to understand who I am and "what makes me tick".  My Lord and Savoir has given me an incredible desire to help people transform their life thru fitness.  Not just their physical body... but also their emotional mindset.  Nothing makes me happier than to hear someone say they "love who they are" and they are "confident in their body".

I am an online personal trainer and my phone is constantly buzzing throughout the day notifying me that my clients are doing their work outs.  You have no idea how happy this makes me!! I've discovered that I love feeling like a "teammate" with my clients!  The truth is that most people feel very ALONE in their fitness journey and it DOES NOT have to be that way.

To promote even more teamwork, I've recently added "groups" to my app which allows clients to interact with each other.  Whether it is sharing recipes and working together on a "fitness challenge" I've given the group, I love seeing people work together toward a common goal!!

So as I reflect on my life, I want to say THANK YOU to every one of my clients.  Thank you for trusting me with one of your most personal journeys.  Thank you for allowing me to be part of your team.  Thank you for helping me learn more about myself.  Let's keep working together!
